Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the nectarine, halve, remove the core and dice the flesh. Peel the orange and cut into fillets.

Squeeze the orange juice from the peel into a large bowl. Mix in the orange pieces, nectarine and lemon juice. Peel the banana, halve lengthwise and slice into the bowl. Rinse and peel the pear, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Add the pear into the bowl and mix well.

3.

Peel the kiwis, quarter and cut into pieces. Rinse and halve the grapes. Rinse the berries and pat dry. Mix the kiwi, grapes and berries into the bowl. Sweeten to taste with honey and serve.
