Fruit Salad
Healthy, because
Even smarter
This juicy fruit salad is quickly prepared and is waiting for you in the fridge after lunch as a refreshing dessert! You will be served plenty of vitamins in jars, including the immune-strengthening vitamin C and cell-protecting provitamin A from oranges. Secondary plant substances from strawberries can also have a cancer-preventing effect.
The juicy fruit salad in a jar is also perfect as a classic meal prep - but you should prepare it the day before and store it in a sealable jar in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning it is served with 2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt for a light breakfast to go.
