These fresh, summery popsicles are full of nutrients from the fruits, such as vitamins, minerals, and fiber. They also contain calcium, protein, and healthy fats from the yogurt.
These are the perfect treat on a hot summer day. Make them at night, so when you wake up, they will be frozen solid!

- Berry Fruit Popsicles
- 1 ¼ cups fresh Raspberries (rinsed)
- 2 cups fresh Strawberries (rinsed and hulled)
- 1 cup Vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 0.333 cup Orange juice
- Minty Cucumber Melon Popsicles
- ¼ cup fresh spearmint
- 3 cups chopped honeydew melon
- 1 cup chopped, fresh Cucumber (peeled; seeded)
- 1 cup Vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup fresh Lime juice
- Mango Peach Fruit Popsicles
- 2 cups chopped, ripe Mangoes (peeled; stone removed)
- 2 cups ripe, chopped, fresh Peaches (peeled; stone removed)
- 1 cup Vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Papaya Fruit Popsicles
- 3 cups chopped, fresh Papaya (peeled; pitted)
- 1 cup Vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup fresh Orange juice
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Choose one favor or make all four. Each recipe makes 6 pops.
Preparation steps
1.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Divide mixture evenly into small plastic cups. Insert a plastic spoon in the center of each cup and freeze for at least 8 hours or over night, until frozen solid.
2.
Prior to serving, run cups under hot water for 5 to 6 seconds to easily remove fruit pops. Enjoy.
