Preparation steps

In a saucepan, combine sugar with 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.

Rinse fruit and puree with lemon juice. If necessary, strain through a fine sieve to remove seeds. Mix fruit puree with sugar syrup and pour into a popsicle mold. Freeze 5 hours total. After 2 hours, insert wooden sticks.

3.

To serve, dip popsicle mold briefly in hot water and grasp popsicle sticks to pull out.
