- 1 Tête de Moine cheese (800 grams)
- 4 ripe Pear
- 4 ripe Figs
- 300 grams Bresaola (thinly sliced)
- 200 grams Walnut (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cut a lid into the cheese by cutting off the top section and pierce the center with a Girolle cheese scraper (found at a cheese shop). Place the crank and scrape cheese into circular cheese flowers (or use a knife if necessary).
2.
Rinse pears, cut in half and remove core. Rinse figs and cut into quarters.
3.
Arrange bresaola on plates, then decoratively add cheese flowers, pears and figs. Serve garnished with walnuts.
