1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine grater, 1 Sieve, 1 Whisk, 1 Kitchen shears, 1 Salad spinner

Preparation steps

Cook the fusilli in boiling water for 8 minutes.

Quickly fry the berries in hot butter, then quench with the orange juice and add the honey. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes on a low heat.

Drain the pasta and stir into the blueberry sauce. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the pasta is al dente.

Arrange the pasta on plate and serve garnished with mint.
