1 Banana
1 small Apple
2 tablespoons Wheat bran
2 tablespoons cane sugar
milk (200 ml)
Whipped cream (200 ml)

Preparation steps

Peel the pineapple thoroughly, cut out the stalk and chop the flesh into small pieces. Peel and quarter the apple and also chop. Peel the banana and cut into slices.

Place the fruit in a blender, add the wheat bran and sugar cane and mix with the milk and cream.
