- 400 grams Fruit (rinsed, peeled or pitted if necessary and diced)
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 Lime (juice and zest)
- 1 very fresh egg white
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- Plastic Containers (with stalk)
- Wooden stick (available at drug stores)

Preparation steps
1.
Puree fruit in a blender and strain through a sieve.

Boil sugar with 4 tablespoons water until syrupy, then let cool. Mix syrup with fruit puree, lime juice, zest, and yogurt. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into puree. Pour mixture into a shallow metal pan and freeze, stirring occasionally to prevent large ice crystals from forming.
3.
When mixture is about half frozen, pour into cups, insert popsicle sticks and freeze 2-3 hours more.
