Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim (if needed) and remove seeds/cores all the fruit. Slice fruit and drizzle with lemon juice. Puree half of the strawberries with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and the sugar, then press through a fine sieve.

2.

Spread 2 tablespoons fruit sauce on a serving plate and arrange the fruit in a star shape on top. Spoon the slightly thawed frozen yogurt into a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe around the fruits. Sprinkle with praline and serve immediately.
