- 11 ozs Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
- Strawberries
- Pineapple
- Grape
- colored sugar sprinkles

Preparation steps
1.
Line a large tray with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Remove from the heat.
3.
Carefully dip each fruit part way into the chocolate and immediately sprinkle with sugar sprinkles or leave plain.
4.
Place on the non-stick paper to set at room temperature.
