- 1 ½ cups canned Sweet corn (drained)
- 5 ozs ground Pork
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp Corn starch
- Fish sauce
- cayenne pepper
- Oil (for deep frying)

Preparation steps
1.
Put half the sweetcorn into a food processor with the minced pork, garlic, sugar, eggs and cornflour. Process until smooth.
2.
Tip into a bowl and stir in the remaining sweetcorn; add a little more cornflour if necessary. Season to taste with fish sauce and cayenne pepper.
3.
Heat the oil and fry spoonfuls of the mixture for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and serve speared on toothpicks.
