- 500 grams Crabmeat
- 2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp hot Mustard
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
- 2 scallions
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- ground paprika (to sprinkle)
Preparation steps

Pull apart the crab meat and remove any shell fragments. Mix with the breadcrumbs. Combine the egg with the mayonnaise, mustard, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until smooth. Rinse the scallions, chop finely and add. Add the crab meat and blend to create a well-moldable mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Take tablespoon amounts and roll into balls. Fry in hot oil (170°C (approximately 340°F)) for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with paprika and serve with cocktail sticks.
