1 Measuring cups, 1 Pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Casserole dish, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Skillet, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Sieve
Preparation steps
1.
Sprinkle the flour onto a plate.
2.
Mix together the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper until well combined, then sprinkle onto a separate plate.
3.
Season the fish pieces to taste, with salt and pepper.
4.
Coat each piece of fish first in the flour, then into the beaten egg, then roll in the breadcrumbs until completely coated.
5.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
6.
Cook the coated fish in batches, and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until crisp, golden and cooked through.
7.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with salad leaves and lemon wedges.
