- 600 grams cooked potatoes (the previous day, peeled)
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 6 garlic cloves
- salt
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped mint
Preparation steps

Cut the potatoes into thick slices and fry slowly in some butter with the unpeeled garlic, over medium heat until crispy and browned.
