- 600 grams waxy, small potatoes
- 500 grams Yardlong Beans
- salt
- 1 cilantro
- 3 small red chili peppers
- 3 Tbsps Ghee
- peppers
- ground Cumin
- Curry powder

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse potatoes and place in a steamer. Steam until al dente, then let steam evaporate briefly and peel. Rinse, trim and blanch beans in salted, boiling water, about 3 minutes. Drain, rinse and drain well. Rinse and spin cilantro dry, then coarsely chop. Rinse chiles.

Cut potatoes into large pieces and fry in hot ghee on all sides. Season with salt, pepper, cumin and curry powder. Add beans add and cook briefly. Add chile and fry briefly. Serve sprinkled with cilantro.
