200 grams Chorizo (spicy, uncooked)
2 onions
clarified butter (for frying)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Remove the sausage from the casing and cut into half rings. Peel the onions and cut into half rings.

In a large skillet, heat the clarified butter and lightly fry the potatoes. Then add the sausage, cook briefly, and add the onions. Brown well, until it smells fragrant. Season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds, cook for another few minutes.

3.

To serve, chop the parsley finely and sprinkle over the potatoes.
