Fried Potatoes with Chorizo
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
Heat the butter in a large (possibly coated) pan. Fry the potatoes over medium heat for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
Cut the chorizo into slices. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Add both to the potatoes and fry for 5-10 minutes until crispy.
Rinse the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stalks and chop coarsely. Mix into the potatoes and serve seasoned with salt and pepper.
Suggestion: Serve with sour cream.
