500 grams cooked potatoes (from the day before)
3 Tbsps clarified butter
1 sm jar Pickle
1 Tbsp Caper
1 Red onion
150 grams streaky Bacon
1 bunch Chives

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes and cut into eighths. Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry potatoes until crispy. Cut bacon cut into small pieces and fry in a pan until crispy .

2.

Peel the onion, cut into rings and add to the bacon. Fry until the onions are soft. Cut pickles into strips and mix with capers, bacon and onion. Season with salt and pepper and mix with the potatoes.

3.

Rinse chives, shake dry, cut into rolls and sprinkle over the potatoes before serving.
