Preparation steps

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.

Cut the bacon into cubes.

Peel the onion and cut into rings.

Fry the potatoes in hot oil until golden brown, turning occasionally. Add the caraway seeds, onion and bacon, and cook for about 5-10 minutes. Add the chopped marjoram and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
