- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch Dill
- 200 grams Feta
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ tsp ground paprika
- 2 Filo dough (Turkish grocery)
- 1 egg white
- 500 milliliters vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the parsley and dill, shake dry and finely chop. Crumble the feta cheese, mix with herbs and paprika, and season with pepper.

Unfold the filo dough sheets and cut each into quarter with a sharp knife. Place 3 sheet quarters over each other and spread the feta mixture on top. Brush the edges with egg white and roll up the sheet quarters from the wide side.

Heat the oil in a tall pot and fry the rolls in portions until golden brown for about 3-4 minutes. Lift the rolls from the oil, drain on kitchen paper and serve.
