- 250 grams Egg noodle
- 500 grams Chicken breasts
- 1 bunch scallions
- 3 centimeters ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- 6 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsps soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt

Preparation steps

Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain. Rinse chicken and pat dry, cut into fine strips. Cut ends off scallions and then cut remainder diagonally into thin rings. Peel and finely chop ginger and garlic.

Rinse chile pepper, halve, remove seeds and finely chop. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in wok and stir fry for 4 minutes. Add remaining oil, vegetables and chile pepper, stir frying for 2 minutes. Fold in noodles, stirring for an additional 1 minute. Season with soy sauce, lemon juice and salt.
