200 grams Egg noodle
100 grams Snow peas
1 Chicken breast
1 chili pepper (finely chopped)
1 tsp grated ginger
2 scallions
1 tsp Fish sauce
soy sauce
2 Tbsps Peanut oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta according to instructions on the package and drain.

2.

Rinse and clean scallions and cut into thin rings.

3.

Rinse chicken breast, pat dry and cut into strips.

4.

In a pan or wok, cook chicken in hot oil, add snow peas and scallions. Mix in chile and ginger,  add pasta and season with fish sauce and soy sauce to taste.
