- 1 kilogram golden potatoes
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 bunch parsley (chopped)
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Scrub the potatoes and boil in salt water for about 30 minutes. Then drain, let cool and peel.
2.
Melt butter a saucepan add powdered sugar. Cook potatoes in the butter and sugar for about 8-10 minutes. Fry until golden.
To serve: Top with parsley and season with salt.
