- 3 Tbsps sunflower oil

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 190°C (170°C in a fan oven), 375°F, gas 5 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
2.
Place the potatoes on the baking tray, drizzle with oil and roast for 50-60 min turning occasionally until golden brown.
3.
Remove from the oven, arrange in a serving dish and serve sprinkled with sea salt.
