800 grams Cucumber
1 onion
4 Tbsps butter
250 milliliters Vegetable broth (Prepared)
600 grams Cod
Iodized salt (with fluoride)

150 milliliters milk (1.5% fat)
3 Tbsps Pastry flour
2 Tbsps chopped Dill
500 grams potatoes

Preparation steps

Peel cucumber, halve lengthwise, remove seeds with a spoon and cut crosswise into thin slices. Peel onion, chop finely and saute in 2 tablespoons of butter until translucent. Then add cucumber and cook 2–3 min fry. Pour in broth, bring to a boil, cover and cook for about 10 minutes.

Cut fish fillets into portions and season with salt and pepper. Fry fish in remaining butter on each side for about 3–4 minutes. Mix milk with flour, stir in vegetables and simmer until bound. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in dill and serve with fish and a side of potatoes on a plate.
