1 kilogram Braised Cucumbers
100 grams Smoked bacon
2 onions
1 Tbsp clarified butter
1 Tbsp Pastry flour
300 grams Whipped cream
1 bunch Dill
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp sugar
salt (and pepper)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds with a spoon and cut into finger-thick slices. Chop the bacon finely. Peel the onions and chop finely. Heat the butter.

Add everything to the butter and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, dust with the flour, stir in the sour cream and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.

3.

Rinse the dill and finely chop. Season the cucumbers with vinegar and sugar and serve showered with dill.
