Preparation steps

1.

Peel bananas, cut in half lengthwise and drizzle with lime juice. Heat butter in a saucepan, sauté banana on all sides and deglaze saucepan with orange liqueur.

Toast almonds in a dry frying pan and toss bananas in almonds. Serve on plates and garnish with chopped sage leaves.
