- ⅞ cup Crème fraiche
- 1 Zucchini (finely sliced)

Preparation steps
1.
Make the pizza dough mix up according to packet instructions and roll out into a rectangle about 5mm/1/8" thick. Place on a greased baking sheet. Heat the oven to 200ºC (180º fan) 400ºF, gas 6.

Heat the oil and gently cook the onion until soft but nor brown. Add the garlic, cook for 1 minute then add the bacon and cook until the bacon is lightly browned.
3.
Spread the creme fraiche over the pizza base, scatter over the onion and bacon and lay on the sliced courgette.
4.
Season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
