250 grams mixed Lettuce (such as lollo rosso, arugula, watercress)
150 grams Strawberries
1 handful Nasturtium
400 grams sliceable cream cheese (such as Indian ensign or goat cheese)
40 grams sliced almonds
2 Tbsps White vinegar
2 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
1 tsp honey
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce and cress, spin dry and tear into smaller pieces.

Trim the strawberry stems, rinse briefly, gently pat dry and cut into slices. Divide the lettuce, strawberries and flowers decoratively on four plates.

3.

Break the cheese into pieces and sprinkle with the almonds over the salad. Make a vinaigrette by combining vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper and drizzle just before serving.
