For the salad
2 handfuls lamb's lettuce (about 50 grams)
1 Endive
½ Radicchio
1 handful young Dandelion greens
1 handful Purslane
12 Nasturtium (for garnish)
For the dressing
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbsps White vinegar
3 Tbsps Canola oil
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

For the salad, rinse the lettuce, shake dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Arrange decoratively on 4 plates and distribute the flowers on top.

For the dressing, combine the mustard with the lemon juice, the vinegar and the oil and mix well. Season with sugar, salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad.
