2 Tbsps chopped Dill
120 grams Mayonnaise
1 tsp Caper
2 Pickled cucumbers
½ tsp medium hot Mustard
salt
freshly ground peppers
12 Fish sticks
4 slices Whole Wheat Toast
4 slices Pineapple (canned)
4 slices Gouda
4 Maraschino cherry

Preparation steps

Mix the herbs with the mayonnaise. Chop the capers and finely dice the pickle. Add both to the sauce and season to taste with mustard, salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC (approximately 400ºF).

Place the fish sticks on a grill sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. Add the toast after about 6 minutes and cook until crispy.

Remove both, brush the toast with the tartar sauce and lay 3 fish sticks on each slice. Top with a pineapple ring and finish with the cheese and cherries. Return to the oven briefly until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
