2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 eggs
3 Pastry flour
100 grams White bread crumbs
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
3 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse fish fillets, pat dry and cut into finger-thick strips. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Place flour on a plate and breadcrumbs onto another. Coat fish pieces with flour, dip into eggs and coat with breadcrumbs, pressing well.

Heat oil in a nonstick pan and cook fish for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and arrange on plates, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve. 

3.

If desired, serve with potatoes.
