Preparation steps

Cut cod fillets into 2-cm (approximately 1-inch cubes). Drizzle with lemon juice and let stand for 5 minutes. Peel the banana and cut into slices. Pat the fish cubes dry. Stick pieces of fish and banana slices alternately onto skewers. Season with salt and a little pepper.

Heat the butter and sauté the skewers, turning until golden brown. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley to serve.
