- 12 fresh Figs
- 200 grams Greek Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 egg yolk
- 80 milliliters Dessert wine
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 200 Whipped cream
- Lemon balm (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Rinse figs, pat dry and cut into quarters. Spread on four dessert plates. Stir the yogurt until smooth with a whisk, add the egg yolk while stirring until it is completely mixed with the yogurt, then add dessert wine and season with lemon juice.

Beat the cream until stiff. Pour the cream on the figs, garnish with lemon and serve immediately.
