200 grams Goat cheese
3 Tbsps milk

1 Tbsp scallions
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsps honey
1 handful Radish sprout

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the figs, pat dry with kitchen paper and halve horizontally accross the middle.

Mix the goats cheese with the milk and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chives, lemon juice and honey. Pour into a pastry bag.

2.

Place the bottoms of the figs on a plate with the cut side up and pipe the cream cheese onto them. Distribute the sprouts over the cheese and serve with the fig lids placed on top.
