Preparation steps

1.

Chop nuts coarsely and toast briefly in a dry pan, remove from heat immediately. Rinse and pat dry figs, cut crosswise.

2.

Mash Gorgonzola coarsely and stuff figs with it. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with honey. Garnish with fig leaves, if desired, and serve.
