2 Tbsps Balsamic glaze
4 slices thinly sliced Prosciutto (about 1.5 ounces)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the figs, pat dry and score crosswise, leaving the bottom in tact.

2.

Rinse the basil, pat dry and remove the leaves.

3.

Drizzle the balsamic crema in a circular pattern onto 4 plates. Wrap each fig in a slice of prosciutto and place onto the plates. 

4.

Season with freshly ground pepper and garnish with fresh basil.
