4 tsps balsamic vinegar (plus extra for drizzling)
freshly ground Black pepper
2 ½ ozs Prosciutto (thinly sliced)
olive oil (for brushing and drizzling)
1 bunch Arugula

Preparation steps

1.
Cut figs in half lengthwise. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and season with pepper.
2.
Brush the grill grid with oil. Grill the fig halves cut side up, on a hot grill for about 4 minutes.
3.
Arrange Prosciutto, figs and arugula on a serving platter. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve.
