fresh Oregano
2 tablespoons
2 cloves
freshly ground Pepper
200 grams
black Olives (pitted)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and finely dice the garlic. 

2.

Coarsely chop the olives (leaving some whole for garnish). Mash the feta cheese with a fork, then mix with the olive oil, oregano, garlic, and the chopped olives. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer the spread to a bowl, and serve with the whole olives and wholewheat bread.
