- 100 grams Feta
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 200 grams Greek Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and coarsely chop garlic. Rinse basil, shake dry and strip leaves from stems.

Crumble feta and combine with garlic, basil, and oil in a blender. Puree until smooth. Mix in yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
