Salmon is full of Omega-3 fatty acids, a component of food that is harder to find in most people's daily diets. Fatty acids are so important for so many parts of you body, including your brain, heart, and your blood. 

You can also use crackers instead of bread for this recipe.

1 tablespoon lemon juice
12 slices smoked Salmon
1 tablespoon Caper
1 tablespoon parsley

Preparation steps

1.
Toast the bread and cut out circles using a large cutter.
2.
Mix the cheese with the salt, pepper and lemon juice and put a spoonful on each slice of toast.
3.
Arrange the salmon on the cheese. Mix the capers with the parsley and put a little on top of the salmon.
