1 Tbsp parsley

Preparation steps

1.
Toast the bread and cut out circles using a large cutter.

Mix the cheese with the salt, pepper and lemon juice and put a spoonful on each slice of toast.
3.
Arrange the salmon on the cheese. Mix the capers with the parsley and put a little on top of the salmon.
