2 Pots, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Whisk, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Pasta machine, 1 Can opener, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 Truffle slicer, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 eventuell Brush

Preparation steps

1.
Put the fruit into a pan with the lemon juice and sugar. Heat gently, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved.
2.
Simmer for about 5 minutes until the strawberries are soft. Bring to a boil and boil rapidly until setting point is reached.
3.
Spoon into hot sterilised jars, cover, seal and label.
