2 Endive
1 scallion
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps White vinegar
1 tsp Maple syrup

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse, trim and cut radishes into matchsticks. Rinse wild garlic, cut into fine strips and set about 3 tablespoons aside. Halve endives. Remove cores and outer leaves. Rinse remaining leaves and drain. Rinse, trim and thinly slice scallion.

Finely chop garlic and reserved wild garlic strips. Combine both types garlic in a bowl with vinegar and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper and whisk in oil until emulsified.

3.

Toss salad ingredients with dressing and serve immediately.
