- 1 slice Bacon
- 6 eggs
- 1 scallion
- 1 red chili pepper (fresh)
- ½ bunch Cress
- salt
- peppers
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar

Preparation steps

Add the eggs to a pot, and eith hard-boil or soft-boil. Remove the stem of the chili. Remove the membranes and thinly slice. Cut the bacon into pieces, then fry in a dry pan. Thinly slice the scallions, then place in a colander. Pour boiling water over the scallions. Remove the stems from the cress with scissors. Peel the eggs and cut in half. Place 3 halves in glasses, and top with the scallions, bacon, cress, and chili. Drizzle the eggs with the vinegar.

Serve immediately with fresh white bread.
