- For the eggs
- 100 grams Pastry flour
- 1 egg
- 100 milliliters water
- salt
- 1 pinch Chili powder
- 4 medium-soft boiled eggs (cooked about 6 minutes)
- vegetable oil (for fryer)
- For the chile sauce
- 2 Red chili peppers (sliced into rings)
- 1 pinch Chili powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 1 generous pinch Chili powder

Preparation steps
1.
To make chile sauce: Mix 150 ml (approximately TK) water with the chiles in a pot. Stir in sugar, vinegar and chili powder and boil about 1 minute. Pour mixture into a bowl.

To make eggs: Mix 50 grams (approximately TK) flour with uncooked egg and water. Season with salt and chili powder and mix until smooth. Let stand for a few minutes.
3.
Prepare fryer and preheat 180°C (approximately 350°F).
