2 lemons (juice)

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the dandelions in the water for about 10 minutes. Pour the liquid through a coffee filter. Stir in the sugar and lemon juice.

2.

Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved. Let sit for at least 15 minutes. Pour the syrup into jars, close tightly and store in the dark until ready to serve.
