- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 2 tsps Korma curry powder
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 150 milliliters reduced fat Heavy cream
- 150 milliliters fish stock
- 400 grams shrimp (ready to cook, frozen)
- 2 lemons
- 1 tsp cilantro (chopped)
- 4 small Naan (heated in the oven and broken apart)

Preparation steps

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a frying pan and slightly roast the onions, garlic and curry powder while stirring. Add tomato paste and cook briefly. Pour in the fish stock and cream and bring to a boil. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook thawed, drained shrimp briefly on all sides in remaining oil. Place the shrimp in the thickened sauce and mix in the cilantro. Rinse and halve the lemons. Serve the shrimp curry on plates with the naan and half a lemon.
