- mint
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 grams Sour cream
- 350 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Radish sprout
- salt
- Black pepper
- cayenne pepper
- Cucumber (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the cucumber and scrape out the seeds. Cut the cucumber into small pieces.
2.
Rinse the mint and pat dry. Set aside a few leaves for the garnish. Puree the remaining mint with the cucumber. Peel and press the garlic into the blender.
3.
Add the sour cream and vegetable broth. Puree finely. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and lemon juice.
4.
Pour the smoothie into four glasses. Rinse the radish sprouts and drain. Serve the smoothie garnished with mint leaves, radish sprouts and cucumber pieces.
