1 Peel the cucumber and scrape out the seeds. Cut the cucumber into small pieces.
2 Rinse the mint and pat dry. Set aside a few leaves for the garnish. Puree the remaining mint with the cucumber. Peel and press the garlic into the blender.
3 Add the sour cream and vegetable broth. Puree finely. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and lemon juice.
4 Pour the smoothie into four glasses. Rinse the radish sprouts and drain. Serve the smoothie garnished with mint leaves, radish sprouts and cucumber pieces.
