13 fluid ozs Buttermilk
2 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)

1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Set aside a few mint leaves for the garnish. Rinse the dill and shake dry.

2.

Rinse the cucumber. Cut a few thin slices for the garnish and set aside. Peel the remaining cucumber, halve lengthwise, remove the seeds and coarsely chop.

3.

Finely puree the cucumber, mint, dill, buttermilk, ice cubes and yogurt. Season with salt, lemon juice and Tabasco. Pour into 2 glasses.

4.

Place the cucumber slices on skewers and rest in the glasses. Serve garnished with the remaining mint.
