1 Cucumber
2 garlic cloves
2 handfuls mint
1 handful Baby spinach
1 lemon (juiced)
600 milliliters Buttermilk
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse the cucumber. Julienne 1/4 of the cucumber and set aside. Coarsely chop the remaining cucumber. Peel the garlic. Rinse the mint, and set 1 handful aside. Rinse the spinach and place in a blender with the remaining mint. Add the cucumber, garlic, and the buttermilk to the blender, and puree completely. If the mixture is too thick, add enough cold water to reach your desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and pour into glasses.

Garnish with smoothies with the mint and cucumber, and serve.
